Becky's Land + Water Session : Abingdon, VA Photographer

This year has been a HARD one so far, I still can't believe we are in July! It's not only been a rough one for me, but for my family, for some of my friends, and for some of my sweet clients. Losing my Max a few weeks ago has definitely changed me. I'm trying to focus and stay motivated, but some days I just feel like I'm drowning. Time doesn't slow down for anything. 

A few months ago when I first started planning for my land+water shoots, I was inspired in my fairytale sessions to incorporate water. My mind always seems to wonder about tying session themes to certain emotions that I'm feeling. As an artist, I find that when my world is the most chaotic, whether it's beautiful or tragic, I create and bring to life what I'm feeling. This image is one of those rare few that brings tears to my eyes.
